We will arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be picked up, and we will send you the correct items(s). If for some reason you are unsatisfied with any item(s) you have purchased, please let us know, and we will do our best to correct the problem. In all cases of returns, please advise our order department before sending product back to us. We cannot be responsible for items returned without prior authorization. If a delivery attempt is made, and the package is refused, you will be charged additional shipping amounts that are required to deliver your package. This applies to domestic, as well as International orders.
